Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita could visit Moscow in September to participate in the 7th ministerial session of the Russian-Arab Cooperation Forum (RACF), Russian Ambassador in Rabat Igor Belyaev told RIA Novosti.
“On September 29-30, Moscow will hold the 7th ministerial session of the Russian-Arab Cooperation Forum. The previous RACF session was held in Marrakech in December 2023 . Now that Moscow is taking over the baton from Morocco we sincerely hope that the minister of foreign affairs, African cooperation and Moroccans living abroad, Mr. Nasser Bourita, will participate in the work of this forum in person,” Belyaev said.
He added that Russian and Moroccan foreign ministers regularly meet at various international forums and exchange messages and congratulations on various occasions, which demonstrates the high intensity of the bilateral political dialogue.
