
The 2026 Finance Bill provides for the creation of 36,895 new job positions across various ministries and public institutions.
Of these, 13,000 posts will be allocated to the Ministry of the Interior, 8,000 to the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, 5,500 to the National Defense Administration, 2,600 to the Ministry of Economy and Finance, 2,020 to the General Delegation for Prison Administration and Reintegration, and 1,759 to the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation.
According to the PLF 2026, the Head of Government is authorized to allocate 500 job positions among the various ministerial departments and institutions, 200 of which are reserved for people with disabilities.
In addition to the above positions, it is proposed to allocate 600 positions for the regularization of the situation of civil servants working for the Ministry of National Education, Preschool Education, and Sports, who hold a doctorate or equivalent degree and have successfully passed the competitive examination for admission to the corps of teacher-researchers in education and training.
In addition, it is planned to create 19,000 positions for the benefit of the Regional Academies of Education and Training reserved for the recruitment of teachers.
