Morocco’s Director General for National Security and Territorial Surveillance, Abdellatif Hammouchi, on Tuesday received Germany’s Holger Münch, President of the country’s Federal Criminal Police Office, currently on a working visit to the Kingdom, leading a large security delegation.
The meeting, held in Rabat, saw discussions on a range of bilateral security issues of mutual interest. Both officials underscored the importance of enhancing cooperation and explored avenues for further development to benefit the shared interests of Morocco and Germany in the realm of security, as stated in an official communiqué from the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN).
Key topics included a comprehensive review of ongoing operational bilateral cooperation on various security fronts. Additionally, discussions delved into mechanisms for bolstering partnership, providing reciprocal technical assistance in police training, and conducting joint exercises.
